I will work with you to understand the ways that you deal with stress. We will develop positive coping styles to manage and reduce stress, providing you with a range of tools and techniques to respond to stressful events.

Your first session involves an initial assessment of your well-being and a thorough intake of your personal history and background. Subsequent therapy sessions are 60 minutes in length and are unique to each treatment plan.
